Instructions for translators	The `about_text` probably doesn't need translation. The `about_gpl` string is the notice block of the GPL 2.0 license that can be found as a fixed-width block at the bottom of https://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/gpl-2.0.html Menu items that open a dialog end with "..." in English and should have an appropriate version in the translations, e.g. "About..." will show the about dialog.
